The 12,000m² Maximilian Centre is the first element of the new masterplan for the station area to be built linking mainline rail, underground and bus facilities with the historic city centre. The plan involves reinstating both the historic building line and the generous boulevard which will also unify the other new residential and retail buildings in the plan.
