The challenge here has been to create an attractive, affordable working environment in an area in transition. Our plan replaces obsolete warehousing with flexible hub workspace to create an active facade to Capitol Way that will not only be able to flex to meet local needs, but also sit comfortably in an area that is increasingly diverse in use.
